Returns & Exchanges

At Hadley Designs Prek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
